Dr. Nicki Nabasny is a founding board member of the Pan-African Higher Education Initiative Foundation (PAHEi). The organization benefits from her unique experience at top tier U.S. higher education institutions.
Dr. Nabasny has spent more than 20 years advancing higher education institutions as a fundraiser, strategist and communications professional. She served as chief of staff, chief innovation and strategy officer, associate dean for development and executive director of communications at two of the top ten national universities. She also led development for two schools and campus-wide donor relations and prospect discovery at a premier Jesuit university.
Dr. Nabasny holds a BA in Spanish and BS in political science from Santa Clara University, a master’s of nonprofit administration (MNA) from University of San Francisco, and a Doctor of Education (EdD) from University of San Francisco, where her dissertation focused on higher education leadership.
The Pan-African Higher Education Initiative (PAHEi) Foundation supports programs in the areas of education, human empowerment, and leadership development on the African continent.
